I think you need to look around and contact a few farms in the area and talk to the farmers explain you want to get in the industry and tell them you will start at the bottom doing the crappy jobs because thats the only way you will get anywhere with out any previous experiences.
Maybe you can help out some one with the calves/ lambs that need bottle feeding and just learning the basic care.
If that fails i would say you should go to college and do either a Foundation diploma in agriculture and learn about everything a little bit or go to college and do a vocational agriculture course then you can work on farm whilst being at college learning about care and welfare and all the laws whilst getting some qualifications.
