I couldn’t do a city job! – but i understand the idea, have thought about fast tracking myself through teaching and then retiring in 10/15 years and doing a similar thing.
I dont actually live in london I live in East Sussex, I’ve been looking at the Hadlow website and the BSc looks really good, but then the HND is a year shorter, and they do the NVQ level 2, but I am not sure what looks better in terms of employment. But then I’m booking myself of on a two day sheep shearing course and am abnormally excited about the prospect!!
from an employment point of view, which looks better higher level qualifications or a willingness to shovel cow poo and experience!
sorry so many questions!
although i have to say townie retiring in 15 years and having my own farm would be my ideal!! but i wouldn’t want to do it with no experience!
